Overview
E-Sync is the intelligence layer of the Vaion healthcare ecosystem. It listens to the encounter, understands medical context and drafts the right document for the visit: H&P, progress note, discharge summary, SNF note or specialty template. The physician reviews, edits and signs; nothing reaches the chart without a human signature. It is designed to reduce documentation burden, not to replace clinical judgment.
